Controller
Beth Plews is the company Controller for AES and reports directly to the CFO. Beth is responsible for issuing financial statements and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the accounting department.
Beth joined AES in February 2018 when AES acquired 28 restaurants in Dayton, OH. Beth’s accounting expertise was essential during the company’s second acquisition of 2018—26 restaurants in the Tri State area of KY, OH, & WV. Beth is continuing to develop and train our accounting department to provide top-notch service for the AES Operations team.
Beth has a Finance Degree from The University of Toledo and lives in Dayton, OH, with her husband, Pat, and three children.
