Jennifer Hoch is the Director of Operations for the Florida market, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on driving operational excellence and team success. She began her restaurant career with Taco Bell under Yum! Brands, starting as a team member and quickly progressing to General Manager. In 2007, Jennifer joined the Arby’s brand and steadily rose through the ranks to Area Supervisor and now Director of Operations—bringing over 18 years of dedication to the brand.
With more than two decades of experience in the quick-service restaurant industry, Jennifer excels at optimizing performance and driving results. She helped grow her previous franchisors company from 14 to 43 units by playing a role in acquisitions and new builds. She has a deep passion for training and takes pride in developing future leaders through mentorship and structured development programs.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys glamping adventures with her partner, Ruby, especially while exploring National Parks. During football season, she can often be found tailgating with friends at Tampa Bay Buccaneers home games.
