AES Announces Key Leadership Changes

AES Restaurant Group is excited to announce key leadership appointments and promotions within their organization. John Wade, Founder and CEO, will continue to lead the organization into the future. However, he is making these changes to reflect our commitment to fostering talent from within and ensuring we have the right leadership in place to drive our continued success.
 
Current COO and Partner, Jay Bedrosian has been appointed as President of AES. Jay has been with the company for almost 20 years and is an exemplary leader and visionary in the organization. With Jay’s promotion to President, Robert Bird, current Vice President of Operations has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In addition, Jonathan Hetler has been promoted to Director of Training.
 
In addition to these exciting appointments, twelve key leaders have been named partners within AES. These individuals have demonstrated outstanding commitment, excellence, and leadership in their respective roles:
