AES Restaurant Group, LLC, based in Zionsville, Indiana, has acquired 115 Arby's restaurants across nine states. This acquisition marks the largest in AES's history, expanding its portfolio to 344 AES-owned-and-operated Arby's locations across 20 states. It also welcomes more than 2,000 new team members and 18 area supervisors into the AES family.
The restaurants were previously owned and operated by Inspire Brands. Known for its deliciously unique menu and diverse offerings, Arby's provides a satisfying experience that keeps guests returning, making it a promising investment supported by strong brand equity. As one of the largest franchisees of the brand, AES Restaurants is well-positioned for continued success with these locations, thanks to its commitment to growth and operational excellence. "We are proud of our long-standing relationship with Inspire and the Arby's brand and are excited to take this next step in our journey with the brand," said John Wade, owner of AES Restaurant Group. "This achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and outstanding results of our team. Their relentless commitment to excellence drives our organization to thrive and expand." The newly acquired locations will operate under the leadership of Robert Bird, AES Chief Operating Officer, and Michelle Carter, AES Vice President of Operations. Both bring decades of experience in the restaurant industry and look forward to working with the new locations and their team members. "Welcoming more than 2,000 new team members into our AES Restaurants family marks an exciting new chapter for our organization," said Jay Bedrosian, president of AES Restaurant Group. "We remain committed to providing every employee with the resources and tools they need to advance professionally and grow as leaders."

Very disappointed that you have chosen to discontinue Senior drinks, upon your takeover from Corporate. Rather than get the $.50 drink, I now just get water.

Recently ordered delivery from the Arbys in Bloomington Indiana on highway 46. Doordash delivered the order, although, I ordered delivery through the Arbys app. My order was wrong. I requested a credit, instead of re delivery. That was on 12/31/2025. Was told I would get a credit of $12.83. I still haven't gotten the credit. Contacted Doordash, who must outsource to India. Got transferred at least 5 times. I was originally told I received the credit on 01/07/2026. Then I was told I received the credit on 12/31/2025. I informed the customer service representative, the 5+different ones I spoke with,no credit has been issued to my bank account. I then asked specific information. How much was my credit, when was it issued, and to what account. I got a different answer each time. Credits from $23.33,the original charge amount,to $36,to the $12.83 ,I thought I was owed. No credit has hit my account, although, they did have the last 4 digits of my bank card correct. I will contact my bank, and dispute the entire charge. I will also contact Doordash corporate, during weekday business hours. Hopefully, someone will resolve my issue, and refund me the money I spent for the wrong food. It's a very sad situation. A business can take your hard earned cash, but not give you what you pay for,and then you have to talk to people,in a different country,to try to get resolution.
