 AES Restaurant Group LLC, announced today the third acquisition of the year, with the purchase of fifty-nine Arby’s restaurants located in Florida, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Montana. John Wade, CEO and Founder of AES Restaurant Group stated, “The Carisch family is a legacy franchisee in the Arby’s system, and we are proud to add these restaurants to the AES portfolio.

“Arby’s has been a longstanding part of East TN, especially the communities around Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, and Abingdon VA. We are excited to add these restaurants to the AES portfolio,” said John Wade, CEO and Founder.  The AES Restaurant construction team has delivered another great looking remodel. Jason Bowman and Sammy Canter handed over the keys to Xenia, OH on Monday and it looks great!!! The ops team led by Jonathan Hetler, Miranda Simpkins and Mauricio Peregrina opened an hour later clean, organized, and staffed with a highly motivated crew.

“Arby’s has a longstanding history in the Myrtle Beach area, and we are excited to add these restaurants to the AES portfolio,” said John Wade, CEO and Founder.
 AES Restaurant Group received multiple recognitions at Arby’s annual franchisee conference, including Franchisee of the Year.
John Wade, President of AES Group, was named Chairman of Arby’s Franchise Association (AFA). As Chairman, Wade will oversee all aspects of the AFA, which helps to fuel innovation and growth across the brand.  AES Restaurant’s aggressive remodel program has reached Arby’s #6730 in Eaton, OH. Our remodel gives our guests a delightful eating experience and also an inspiring brand new back of house for our awesome employees.
