Scott Sylvera brings more than 30 years of restaurant experience to AES Restaurant Group, beginning his career in 1987 washing dishes and working his way up through every level of restaurant operations. His journey from the back of house to senior leadership has shaped his grounded, people-first approach to management.
Before joining AES, Scott served as Senior Director of Operations at KBP Foods, where he led regional teams across multiple states. He is recognized for driving operational excellence, improving profitability, and cultivating strong, inclusive teams. His leadership style is built on accountability, collaboration, and a relentless focus on developing people.
A lifelong learner, Scott embraces innovation and continuous improvement. He leverages tools like generative AI to enhance strategic planning and decision-making, always staying ahead of industry trends.
