VINCE PHINISEE
Director of Operations - Ohio

Vince started his career in the restaurant business in Greenville Mississippi at age 16. His first job was working for Popeyes when they opened a new restaurant in his small town. It was there that he fell in love with business.

In 1991 Vince started as Assistant Manager with an Arby’s franchise in the Chicago area. In his first year with the company, he became a General Manager and very quickly became a training restaurant. Vince has won many awards including GM of the Year before being promoted to Area Supervisor. After successfully running areas in Chicago, he moved to Colorado to run the Colorado Springs Market.

Vince has been phenomenally successful building great teams by creating an atmosphere for people to learn, grow and become their best while accomplishing their goals.

Vince has had immense success working with RTM, Yum Brands and GPS Hospitality but his true love for Arby’s has brought him to AES to collaborate with the best operators in the industry.

Vince has been married to his wife DeAnna for 26 years and has six children. Vince enjoys working in the dirt growing plants and being outdoors.
