Brandi supports AES markets in Ohio and Indiana. She is an industry veteran with over twenty years experience and attributes her career success to growing people and improving processes. Brandi’s journey has taken her several places and she has served in many roles during her career. Brandi started working in operations at the restaurant level and has held the Area Supervisor, Training Consultant, and Field Training Manager roles. In these roles she has impacted restaurants across the eastern part of the country. In addition, supporting restaurants in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maine, Connecticut, Maryland, New York, and Washington DC have helped her personal and professional growth.
Most recently, Brandi was responsible for 43 Arby’s locations in the Atlanta, GA market servicing as the Director of Operations. She has been instrumental in several key brand initiatives during her thirteen years with Arby’s. During this time, she tested kitchen equipment of the future, helped develop operational procedures for digital platforms, and played an integral role in the Brand’s new remodel program. Additionally, Brandi worked closely with Inspire Brand’s Restaurant Innovation Team to improve in-restaurant processes and profit margins while enhancing the team experience.
Brandi is a native of Western Pennsylvania who enjoys reading and sports when she isn’t spending time with her team. Several industry leaders have enriched Brandi’s career journey over the years and she believes they have been a key to her ongoing success. She also believes that the investments that others have made in her should be passed on to the individuals she supports. In essence, a leader can only be as successful as they help others to become. Brandi looks forward to bringing this mantra to life in every interaction.
