President
Jay Bedrosian is the President of AES. He is responsible in helping to form and implement strategies to ensure the company functions as efficiently as possible. Jay has 34 years of restaurant experience ranging from fast casual to full-service.
In 2002, Jay went to work for RTM as an Area Supervisor. This is when Jay and John would first cross paths. Jay later rejoined John at AES in 2007 as the two set out with a mission to expand the company around the state and the nation. Since becoming the director of operations for AES, and now the President, he has seen the growth of a small company with 11 locations to a company that is now in 15+ states. He has received numerous accolades for his leadership skills and operational excellence over the last few decades.
Jay has become synonymous with the Arby’s brand by being involved in different boards and groups over the years. He is the vice president in two marketing coops, serves as a board member on the AES Foundation, and as a member on the Arby’s Ops Council.
Jay holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Hotel and Restaurant Administration with a minor in Business. He has used his past experiences and education to form a solid foundation in leadership, operational growth, policies, and more.
Jay is married to his wife, Jennifer, and has one son, Eric. He loves to cheer on his favorite football and basketball teams and has a slight obsession with board games.
