Luke Prifogle graduated from Wabash College with a degree in Economics. He started his restaurant career as a staff accountant with Arby’s Restaurant Group in 2006 based out of Indianapolis. Over six years, he continued his growth serving as Sr. Accountant, Senior Analyst and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. Luke and his family relocated to Louisville, KY where he managed franchise finance and development strategy for KFC and Yum! Brands.
Luke returned to Arby’s in 2016 as a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis based out of Atlanta. In 2018, Inspire Brands was formed when Arby’s bought Buffalo Wild Wings. Luke led the formation of the Operation and Development Analytics shared service team Supporting the Inspire Brands portfolio which grew to include Arby’s, Baskin Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin Donuts, Jimmy John’s, Rusty Taco, and Sonic. Luke joined AES in December 2021.
In his free time, Luke likes spending time with his wife Kari and their two children, Harrison and Amelia. They enjoy traveling and time outdoors camping and hiking. An Eagle Scout, Luke likes to volunteer with Boy Scouts of America.
