Vice President of Construction
Jason is the VP of AES Restaurant Group construction. As the VP, Jason is responsible for managing all material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction and maintenance of AES enterprise-wide restaurants. He hires all sub-contractors to perform all or portions of the construction work. Additionally, Jason serves as Project Financial Manager for all construction and maintenance projects. He analyzes, develops, and presents financial data to company leadership team, reporting directly to the COO, Jay Bedrosian.
Jason is a multi-state Licensed Contractor with over twenty-three years of experience. Immediately following college, he began his career in construction and owned his own construction business by age twenty-two. His company executed residential, business, and restaurant construction including projects for AES Restaurant Group since 2018. Jason joined the AES team September 2019.
Jason met his wife, Autumn, in 1997 and they married in 2000. They have two exceptional children, Hannah and Hayden. Jason enjoys all sports and coaches several little league teams. He is goal oriented and has a strong work ethic that ensures AES construction and maintenance projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
