Michelle Carter is the VP of Operations reporting to COO Jay Bedrosian. Michelle is responsible for improving performance by enhancing business operations and systems, management strategies for recruiting and retaining top level talent, deploy resources to reach financial forecast and business objectives, utilizing business expertise to enhance the guest experience.
Michelle joined the AES family from ARG where she served for 17 years and her most recent role as a Franchise Business Consultant and led the Northeast Region to many noted successes. She held the highest AUVs in the Northeast Region and lead with the most Certified Training Managers.
Prior to Arby’s she started her career in the food industry at Texas Roadhouse as an Assistant Manager. In her career she has led each of her teams to great success and elevated those around her. Michelle is passionate about developing each person around her and helping them hit their goals.
Michelle attended Marshall University in Huntington, WV. She is also a member of the Arby’s Gender Equality Group and Women’s Foodservice Forum. She has participated in numerous Foundation Events with the Arby’s brand, along with participating in the annual Make a Difference Day for the last 3 years. She has also been awarded from ARG the Make a Difference Award, was chosen to be on the Brand Champ Development Committee and assisted in International Franchise Development at ARG.
