Steve started his career in the restaurant industry in 1988 washing dishes at Arby’s in Hopkinsville, Kentucky as part of the Select Beef franchise group. He later joined RTM and ARG with the acquisitions that followed,while working his way up to the Area Supervisor role.
After 20 years, Steve left Arby’s to join Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen and spent the next 15 years in the full-service side of the business as a Director of Operations.
Steve joined AES in November of 2023 and is now responsible for the 29 restaurants in the Dayton, Ohio area.
Steve is married to his wife, Tammy, and they have 3 children. Steve and Tammy love to travel and can be seen on the beach from sun up to sun down. His entire family enjoys watching their favorite hockey team, The Nashville Predators whenever possible. Steve is an avid SCUBA diver and enjoys riding his Harley with his friends.
