Robert's love for the restaurant business started when he was a teenager working at the family pizza and ice cream parlor his parents owned on Fort Myers Beach, Florida. He worked at RTM starting in 1994 as a manager and later an Area Supervisor and a Director of Operations in Atlanta, Georgia. He later went to work with CiCi's Pizza in Dallas, Texas and was promoted to the Vice President where he grew the company from 89 to over 600 locations and helped grow sales to 24+% over previous year. Robert has also worked for GPS Hospitality, a large Burger King franchisee, to help expand that company's presence in the northeastern United States while exceeding budget projections and productivity. He was most recently with Broadway Restaurant Group in St. Louis, Missouri where he helped maintain its market share through COVID and built a diverse team of directors, district managers, and various directors of construction, training and operations through Missouri, Illinois and Iowa. With Broadway, Robert served on various Burger King corporate committees.
Robert is married to his wife, Paula, and they have three children. He and his children are all avid golfers and play together as often as they can. He also enjoys watching college football and professional golf.
