Mary Spears is the Director of Operations of the Tri-State market. Mary is responsible for overseeing many of the business activities and directing and coordinating action across AES. Mary ensures all business operations and systems are utilized to improve performance and profit. Mary helps strategize effective recruiting and retention efforts for top-level leaders.
Mary started her career in the restaurant industry at the age of 16 when she went to work for Taco Bell with Yum! Brands Corporation in Huntington, WV. By the age of 19, Mary was promoted to Assistant Manager and very much enjoyed the fast-paced, no-two-days-are-the-same atmosphere. Mary continued to further her career as she was promoted within the company to Area Coach. Mary has a proven track record of developing great talent that has joined her at AES.
Mary joined AES in September of 2019 as an Area Supervisor. During her tenure as an Area Supervisor, Mary grew her operations and helped two remodeled stores become success stories. In December 2021, Mary was promoted to Director of Operations over 26 stores in the Tri-State area.
Mary is married with one daughter and two stepchildren, who have given her five grandkids. She is an avid football fan of the San Francisco Forty-Niners and enjoys attending NFL games.
